While browsing through a few applications for the iPhone, I found one particularly useful. It actually helps users “shop” for the ideal and updated application within a matter of seconds.
Aptly named App Deals and introduced by App Fire, this application provides at a glance, the latest apps from various categories. For instance, users bored with their current collection of games can utilize App Deals to find popular games that are free, available at a discounted rate or chargeable. The discounted rate feature is rather appealing, especially to users to are willing to pay for applications.
Just when you think this is another app for game junkies, look again. The categories covered are not exclusively for entertainment (although that is one of the categories). Categories include Utilities, Productivity, Photography, Lifestyle, Weather, Travel, Navigation, Healthcare, Education, Books and many more.
What makes the app highly relevant is that it stays relevant! What I mean is the apps are being shown on a real-time schedule. So if one app takes over in popularity, you will see it move to first place right there and then (but this feature will consume quite a bit of battery life…you have been warned). Aside from being user-friendly, it is available in French, German and Spanish.
So problems in seeking the best apps are now a thing of the past. Try it out and see how high your download rates will get over time. A word of the wise though: don’t confuse discounted apps for free ones. Just like a sale in a boutique…you need to spend in order to save…which technically speaking, isn’t saving.
